Who we are
TidyFlow AI is provided by TidyFlow Assistant ("we", "us"). When you subscribe, you are contracting with TidyFlow Assistant.
Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use TidyFlow AI for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. You must be 18 or over.
The service
TidyFlow AI is subscription software for UK domestic cleaning businesses to manage clients, recurring visits, team availability, quotes, invoices and payment follow-ups. Assistant and quote suggestions are drafts that you must review; they are not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential, provide accurate information and tell us about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing or scraping), and you must not reverse engineer, resell or circumvent technical limits.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Plans renew automatically until cancelled; on cancellation access continues to the end of the paid period.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the business data you enter and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Service level
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
Liability
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
